Gill Hepburn

Client Services & Marketing Manager

Having previously worked in banking & financial services for 30+ years, Gill brings to us her knowledge and experience.  Gill is passionate about providing a quality service and is part of helping us grow the Grosvenor Birch brand.

On a day-to-day basis, Gill provides administration support such as liaising with clients and providers, research and to prepare and submit applications, etc.  Gill also deals with marketing and networking for the business too.  All visitors to our office will be greeted by Gill, and offered refreshments including her homemade cake!

Qualifications

Gill outside of work

Gill’s main passion outside of work is baking – cakes mainly, but also biscuits, scones and jams!  She runs a local bake club and won the 2022 cake & bake competition at the New Forest Show with her bakes and for 2023, she has retained this title.

Gill loves being able to help and connect people together, not only at work but personally too.  She very much enjoys organising events and is an Advisory member supporting Brockenhurst Young Farmers Club, where she is currently their Vice President and has been involved with the club since she was 17.

Gill is passionate about helping her local community and as such has recently been invited to become a member of the New Milton Lions Club.
