Claire Pond

Client Services Administrator

Claire has more than 20 years’ experience in the insolvency profession, primarily within personal insolvency.

Her day-to-day role includes assisting with the general running of the office and supporting our clients throughout their Grosvenor Birch experience. This often involves information management, responding to queries and managing the preparation of annual suitability reports.

Claire outside of work

Claire enjoys running and is a member of a local running club. She attends races when she can and completed her first marathon in April 2022. She spends a lot of time outdoors with her family, enjoying walks and geocaching in the New Forest and along the South Coast.

Visiting family and/or having an unplanned family day out (my husband, my daughter and me).

Merida – recently watched the film Brave. She is friendly, strong-willed and adventurous.

I Can See For Miles by The Who but depends on the mood of the day.

The three small things that make my day better are:

Already having something in the fridge for dinner, not much traffic on the roads… and when I don’t have to keep asking my daughter to hurry and get ready for school!
